1、 Lead and perform developments and studies of tire related Vehicle Dynamics technologies from both modeling and testing points of view. 2、 Support of tire development programs (Replacement and OE). 3、 Drive the Vehicle Dynamics center of competencies.
☒ Drive the development of new simulation methodologies replicating tire performance tests. ☒ Provide technical support to tire design by being responsible for the simulation analysis of related structures, material testing, development and optimization of simulation methods.
☒ Initiate and lead research and innovation projects for both passenger and truck tires
1. Responsible for structural design and contour design of semi-steel products; 2. responsible for semi-steel new product development organization and planning, follow each project node until mass production; 3. responsible for semi-steel product design data preparation, including structural design summary, simulation analysis, risk analysis, trial production report, regulatory information summary, design change, etc.; 4. Responsible for supporting new technology research and implementation, including new material development and new structure development. Promote the application of new technologies in cooperation with the materials and industrialization sectors. 5. Responsible for analyzing market complaints, and proposing and promoting the implementation of improvement plans.
1. Industrialize the tire size which respect Product performance and Industrial performance. 2. Define robust green model to respect cured definition (Cross section, Weight) and Industrial target (Productivity, Quality, Safety)
